How to Place an Order
- Log In or Register: Click the Login icon at the top left corner to sign in. New customers can register by creating an account.
- Browse Products: Select products by navigating through the Category or Subcategory menus on the left.
- Add to Cart: Click the Add button on the desired product to add it to your shopping cart.
- Review Your Cart: Click the Shopping Basket icon located at the top right corner to view your selected items.
- Choose Delivery: Select your preferred shipping method from the Shipping dropdown menu.
- Make Payment: Click the Payment icon to complete your purchase securely online.
Please note: For your security, we do not accept card payments over the phone.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders placed and paid for before 4:30 PM on a working day will be dispatched the same day. You can expect delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 4:30 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Yes! We offer two types of discounts:
- Quantity Discounts: The more you buy, the greater the discount on selected products. Pricing will automatically adjust when you increase the quantity of eligible items in your cart.
- Loyalty Discounts for Regular Customers: Customers who have been purchasing for over three months and have spent a minimum of £30,000 are eligible for special discounts. Please contact us directly to discuss your account and discount eligibility. Once assigned, your discount will be visible in your account when you log in.
